Melanie comes to Baird from Abbott Downing, which was a division of Wells Fargo that provided customized wealth management solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients, including multigenerational families, family offices, foundations and endowments.

At Abbott Downing, she helped to manage the firm’s most complex individual relationships, leading a team of specialists that served both internal and external clients.

As Director of Baird Family Wealth, Melanie helps develop and execute our Baird Family Wealth initiative, which supports Financial Advisor teams that focus their practices on more complex clients, like private business owners and families with legacy wealth.
